Location: Rubenstein Arts Center Film Theater
Presented by the Master of Fine Arts in Experimental & Documentary Arts
Looking back at our earliest cinematic sparks! Baby Geniuses is a collection of moving images we made between the ages of 0 -18, when everything felt possible and nothing had to make sense. How did we first see the world through a lens? How do those early visions still shape the way we see now? Let’s celebrate the creativity that began long before the camera ever felt serious!
This program, curated by second-year MFA students as a continuation of the Experimental & Documentary Arts (EDA) Salon tradition, will be a cinematic collection of archives, family tapes, and childhood web presences, all produced by members of Duke’s and Durham’s arts communities.
Screen/Society screenings are free and open to the public.
