Filmmaker Rachel Boynton follows a crack team of U.S. Democratic political consultants as they strategize for a struggling Bolivian presidential candidate in this eye-opening glimpse at the Americanization of international politics. Boynton uses intimate access to think sessions, media training, and smear campaign planning meetings to show how the consultants' strategies shape the relationship between candidate and voter.
